Japanese invented a device that can tell parents why their baby is crying. Developed by scientists at Muroran Institute of Technology, Hokkaido, special software can analyze sounds uttered by your baby to identify when a child cries from pain.
Portable devices like this are expected to indentify cries of hunger, fear or other emotions in future. It would be a lot of help to mothers and fathers who don’t sleep at nights wringing their hands wondering why their baby is crying.
