Adriana Lima Is Expecting Her Second Baby

Adriana Lima took a 2-year vacation from bearing after delivering her first child, Valentina, but she never meant it to be a long one – and now the 30-year-old model is pregnant with her second baby!

Lima’s marriage to Serbian basketballer Marko Jaric, 33, began with a romantic elopement on St. Valentine’s Day three years ago, and it looks as if they aren’t going to be unmindful about children! The news came on Twitter with the model’s Tuesday message telling that she and Marco would like to share with everyone the wonderful news of her pregnancy.

Her family is happy, added the Victoria’s Secret face on the microblogging site, saying that “my favorite job in the world is being a mom!”

Valentina may well have been a good incentive for that statement, with her mother gushing to Us Weekly in 2010 that it was the first time she was hurrying home every day to see her little girl. Lima also spoke of discoveries she was constantly making about Valentina. Last August she told the New York Post that the 2-year-old was already speaking English, Serbian and Portuguese.

On March 28 we will see the happy mother’s gorgeous bikini bod in the Victoria’s Secret Swim catalog for 2012.
