David Schwimmer Has Become a Dad

David Schwimmer’s low-profile romance with British photographer Zoe Buckman has broken out in blossom as the couple were joined by a baby girl.

The happy news was announced by the Friends star via Twitter on Monday. The 44-year-old father placed a picture of the augmented family with an underwritten welcome for his first daughter Cleo.

It was a little less than a year ago that Schwimmer (who is also a director) married Buckman, 25. Theirs was an extremely exclusive and private wedding.

Schwimmer had stumbled upon the romance of his life at the Cuckoo Club, West End, London, when he was over in 2007 directing Run, Fat Boy, Run, a romantic comedy. Buckman worked there as a waitress. It wasn’t long before she followed him to the US to become part of his life.
