Kate Gosselin Finds Her Eight Kids More Than a Handful

Kate Gosselin, 35, left alone by her ex-husband Jon, 33, last summer after a 10-year marriage, to cope with their eight children, finds it very fatiguing.

Her blog is a good evidence of that, replete with stories of kids complaining of smacking each other, giving one another the wrong kind of looks and fighting over the use of the bathroom; Kate cries out that she is like a referee without the uniform, and it certainly looks so!

If we are to go by what Us Weekly reports, kids are reared by nannies, but that doesn’t mean that Kate doesn’t get more than her share of controlling. According to her, it takes her a fair amount of time and energy to think out how to handle the twins and the sextuplets well ahead of that dreadful moment when “the next time I hear the stampede of unrest coming my way.”

Does it help? Not always.

“I’m to the point where I hold up my hand and say, ‘I’m not the complaint department, and I don’t like how black and white stripes look on me, so go work it out. If you can’t, I’ll help you.’ And I leave it to them,” is what Gosselin writes honestly.

There are times when the only thing she is bent on is “running in the other direction and hiding,” so exhausted she is having constant bickering raging around.

Of course, she admits, there are other moments, filled with sweetness and loving feelings, but somehow it is the upsetting outbursts that stick in her memory – especially when she understands that there are more of those to come at any moment. That’s when she blogs “Help me!!!!!!!!”

Oh, she’s in for the next reprieve on May 24 and 25 when she will go away to Los Angeles for the finale of Dancing With the Stars.
