Kim admits that she is “eating for two”, but she plans to focus on a well-balanced diet. Kardashian has decided to give up sweet and salty food in favor of useful products. The celebrity confesses she has never been so strict about her diet, though she says:

“Keeping a healthy lifestyle has always been important to me. And now it’s even more important because I am looking out for someone else’s well being other than just my own.”

Kim is in constant gastronomic search:

“I’ve been researching recipes and healthy eating tricks to make sure that I get the right nutrition now that I’m eating for two. For me it’s about maintaining a well-balanced eating and fitness plan.”

The expectant mother is glad to be helped by the experts in the field of health. Her trainer Harley Pasternak (the famous Hollywood trainer, who has already “created” the slim bodies of Jessica Simpson, Lady Gaga and Megan Fox) sent her the book The Body Reset Diet. Kim finds the book admirable! Thanks to his advice, she managed to change the diet system and improve her metabolism.

Kim’s motivation to eat useful food can be understood: the doctors have recently forbidden Kardashian to be engaged in active sports, as the star felt unwell on the plane, and there was even a threat of miscarriage. Unnecessary worries were also caused by the future mother’s upcoming divorce from Kris Humphries and a hacking attack on her bank account.
