What’s Uma Thurman’s Daughter Name?

Uma Thurman gave birth to her third child in July, but the name of the girl has been kept secret until now. However, the secret is revealed thanks to the official representative of the actress, who made a statement yesterday:

“I would like to announce Uma and Arki’s daughter’s name for the first time officially: Rosalind Arusha Arkadina Altalune Florence Thurman-Busson, better known to family and friends as Luna.”

The name is not a simple one:

“Each name has a special reason and meaning to her mother and father.”

Of course, we think it is very interesting to find out the name, but Uma and Arpad prefer not to say this. Here we should admit that the names of the actress’ other children are not so long: her eldest daughter‘s name is Maya Ray, and her son’s name is Levon Thurman-Hawke.

Uma’s name is unusual too: in Sanskrit it means “not to suffer” or “the giver of bliss.” What then makes the name “Luna” so special?
