Researchers advise not to intimidate young people but give them the right of choice. It is much more better to place less attractive but healthier meals at most prominent places in school cafeterias.
Practice has shown that students and pupils are more likely to feed sweetly on vegetable and fruit dishes if they are laid out in a plain view. In turn, foods that are not welcome by physicians should be placed behind healthy food in non-transparent containers.
