Blood Group O May Prevent Pregnancy
Scientists from Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York have proved that women with blood group O are less likely to become pregnant.
Blood group O may prevent a woman becoming a mother due to the fact that women with blood group O are more likely to have lower egg count or poor quality eggs compared to those with another blood group.
At the same time, women with blood group A as confirmed by the scientists are more fertile – they have maximum egg count.
The practical significance of this discovery will help doctors prepare a very effective program of conception for women with blood group O. First, these women are encouraged to give birth as early as possible and not to postpone the happiness of motherhood to a later age.
