Czech Woman Gives Birth to Naturally Conceived Quintuplets

A resident of the Czech Republic, the 23-year-old Alexandra Kinova, has given birth to quintuplets. Now the woman is in one of Prague’s clinics under the supervision of doctors.

The delivery went well. It has become known that the babies were born by Caesarean section. Twice more doctors and midwives than usual were involved in the operation. Now the mother and her babies are doing well. It is worth noting that these are the first naturally conceived quintuplets in the Czech Republic.

According to the happy mom, her three-year-old son was the one who waited for his new brother and sisters most of all. He called her on the cell phone and asked when he would be able to play with the babies.

Earlier, the news agency had reported that Alexandra Kinova did not know she was expecting five children until April. First, the doctors said that the woman was going to have twins. In March the doctors from the Prague’s Institute for the Care of Mother and Child announced there would be four babies. However, in early May, it became clear that there would be five of them.
