25 Funny Christmas Baby Names

Babies born in the Christmas season are likely to be called Joseph or Mary not just because they are nice names. The tendency to give a Yuletide newcomer a name relevant to the holiday has been growing stronger, as researchers from Bounty found.

A database of millions of British baby names revealed that since the beginning of the century nearly 73.500 little ones received Christmas-theme monikers, even if they may sound funny.

Joseph is registered as the most preferred Christmas name, given to over 34% of the kids born at the end of December, followed by Holly, given to 29%. 3rd in the top list comes Faith, chosen by 7% of the happy parents.
