As said before, I still can only hope that I’m pregnant, but I do everything as if I do. And what I do is eat healthy. More milk, more fruits and veggies, no “bad” fats, almost no fried foods, no coke (I actually never liked it), no potato chips, no beer. And it’s quite ok with me, I can eat this way, but the only thing that I will miss is coffee. Good quality, natural, morning coffee.
